Some small tips and pieces I can't remember right now :)

who Email me, and those users will be notified when future releases come.

NetHawk Version 1.10, Released January 10, 1996.
+----------------------------------------------+
Suggestions were Emailed along with bugs. All the reported bugs were fixed,
and due to the release of mIRC v3.9 and v3.92, I've added new features:

Fixed HDCC/FSERV not working with friends that have HDCC access.
Bug reported when adding a friend with INV access and no properties. Bug
     fixed.
Fixed Auto-Join not noticing the inviter.
Added a new INSTALL batch file that will surely make life easyer for you.
Fixed ON OP/DEOP/INVITE not working properly.
Removed the ascii's from NetHawk.NHD as some users reported that mIRC was
mistakenly reading wrong lines from the file. File was rearranged!
Added a new alias /WARN that'll kick a user and ban him for a limited
     time.
Rearranged, removed old and added new parts to the popups.
Removed the Self-Log feature as it wasn't of any use.

There are many other things that I can't remember right now. I hope this
  version will be bug-free indeed.

NetHawk Version 1.11, Released January 12, 1996.
+----------------------------------------------+
Major difference between this version and v1.10 is that in v1.10 a menu
option was added for Flood Protection, but never been implemented! Well, I
only discovered that after wrapping the package and distributing it. I hope
  everything is quite well now...

Fixed ACCESS not responding to every registered user.
Implemented Flood Protection option. Flood Protection included Low, High
and UltraHigh Censors for flooders. Note that Flood Protection feature
works ONLY with non-registered users! Meaning, registered users can use
many floods on you without you AutoIgnoring them. Be aware of that!
Fixed Net-Split Hack Protection option being the reverse of what it
     should be.
Fixed Auto-Thanx not responding to different users.
Fixed /CM alias issuing an error like: "is is unknown mode char for me."
When listing all the enemies under Main Menu, a command was mismatchely
     written. Command was fixed.
Fixed the CTCP command "HELP OP" when someone tries to get help on OP.
Adding a friend to both the Friends and the IdentityTracker(NGF) Lists
was interfering with each other. Fixed!
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
NetHawk Version 1.20, Released January 22, 1996.
+----------------------------------------------+
Minor bugs and suggestions were found or Emailed to me by the users of
NetHawk. Someone sent a suggestion asking me to implement some sort of Bot or
Colliders. For whom of you that are looking forward for something like that,
I can only say one thing: NetHawk is NEITHER a Bot NOR a Collider, and it's
difinetly NOT a War script, although it got the most advanced Flood
Protection routines available in a mIRC script. But, I could do a Bot in the
future, but that depends on how much free time I have, and possibly on the
  demand for such a Bot.
Minor bugs were fixed, and few suggestion were implemented:

When the Flood Protection activates on some user, a notice is sent to him
informing him that he'll be ignored for <num> seconds. The <num> that was
sent in a message needed two <Spaces> before and after it.
Implemented Flood Protection for your enemies also! Note that Flood
Protection feature before Version 1.20 CANNOT protect you from your
enemies' floods, and therefore they can flood you off IRC in no pain!
Flood Protection now works with non-registered users and with your
enemies protecting you againt flooding off IRC.
ON QUIT doesn't need a # sign after it. This was fixed.
Fixed /CM alias issuing an error like: "is is unknown mode char for me."
When a shitlisted user joins/parts/quits a channel, a wrong message was
sent. This shouldn't occur in this version.
Adding a friend without any access, and with Net-Hack property was
     mistaken. Fixed!
Topic Lock: Added a new feature that enables you to set and lock ANY
topic on your current channel. Also, you can change the topic from inside
your NetHawk session, without the need to modify anything!
Voice +v: Added a new feature for +v, and Mass +v.
Added a new alias /CM that's the same as /CHAT.
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
NetHawk Version 2.00, Released February 8, 1996.
+----------------------------------------------+
Minor bugs and suggestions were found or Emailed to me by the users of
NetHawk. Again, people are asking about a war script that could be mixed
inside NetHawk. Well, as I said above, I might do a War script, but if I did
it, it'll take me long because as NetHawk is the best script available for
mIRC, the War script will also be the best avilable!
Minor bugs were fixed, and few suggestion were implemented:

During the distribution of Version 1.12 of NetHawk, I made a severe copy
error that made one file in the .ZIP unreadable! Thanks to Shadowguy who
noticed me in the right time, I was able to update nearly every .ZIP file
that was sent to users. Many thanks goes to Shadowguy.
Popups section: In the Lamers section in the Channel Window, a bug was
detected by Pokey. The bug sent a # sigh instead of the channel name
     represented by #. Bug fixed.
Auto-BanKiCK List: Tonto sent me an Email that he found a bug in the
Auto-BanKiCK list. I looked into it and found no bugs; but, to be honest,
I beta-tested this List myself, so you shouldn't have any problems.
Many users reported a weird bug in the DCC CHAT option! When two users
are using Version 1.20 of NetHawk, and one of them tries to DCC CHAT with
the other one, an infinite loop begins and many CHAT Windows start to
open! I took a look at this matter, and fixed any bizzare actions that
was happening. Many thanks to all of you that reported this bug!
Topic-Lock: I tried to use the Topic-Lock feature but it didn't work! I
fixed this feature, for good :)
